Throughout his career, Niraj has provided end-to-end support in drafting, filing, and briefing petitions for intra-state and inter-state trading licenses. He has played a key role in preparing tender documentation for Case I and Case II competitive bidding, as well as drafting retail electricity trading contracts. Madhulika is a qualified Indian Patent Agent, proficient IP professional, researcher, and academician with over 18 years of experience in academics, research, training, mentoring, and patent consultancy. Her expertise spans a wide array of domains, including Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Internet of Things (IoT), Semiconductor Technologies, Telecommunications, Software, and Computing.

Madhulika holds a PhD in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai. She specializes in patent prosecution, drafting FER responses, IPR training, patent vetting, and conducting diverse searches, including patentability, invalidity/validity, FTO, SEP evaluation, SEP mapping, and claim chart mapping, particularly in the fields of Computers, Electronics, and Telecommunications, including technologies such as LTE and 5G. She has also contributed to the preparation of technical reports for judges and legal counsel in patent infringement litigation.

She has provided end-to-end support in patent drafting, filing, prosecution, and advisory services across jurisdictions. Her work also extends into areas like cybersecurity, blockchain, data science, biomedical engineering, image processing, electronics, and embedded systems. With a deep understanding of both technical and legal aspects, she has mentored innovators, startups, and academic institutions in innovation management, patent strategy, and IP commercialization. Ms. Pragya Thakur is a registered Indian Patent Agent with substantial experience in patent drafting, prosecution, and litigation. She has handled a wide range of patent-related matters, including the preparation and filing of infringement suits, written statements, counterclaims, and revocation petitions. Her technical expertise spans diverse domains such as zeolites, medical devices, locomotive communication and braking systems, pharmaceuticals, automated vehicle technologies, novel molecule synthesis, and process chemistry.

Pragya frequently collaborates with subject matter experts across various scientific and engineering fields to prepare expert affidavits and testimonies for legal proceedings.
